How can I decrease shipping errors?
Double check your email address. Tracking information is sent to the email address that you use to order. Also, if there is an issue with your order we may need to contact you. Failure to respond to emails leads to order delays and or cancellations. Double check your shipping address. Have you moved, do you have an apartment number?
When will my order ship?
All orders ship in 3-5 business days. In November and December, the processing time is increased to 5-7 business days.
Tracking
All orders include a tracking number. Tracking is sent to the email address attached to the order. If after 7 business days you do not receive a tracking number please check your Spam inbox. If not located, contact customerservice@chocolateteeapparel.com and we will be happy to assist.
What if my order gets lost or delayed?
Once a package has been accepted by the USPS, Chocolate Tee Apparel is not responsible for lost/delayed/incorrectly delivered packages. We also do not have access to additional information outside of the tracking number. If the USPS has lost or incorrectly delivered your mail please contact USPS Customer Service or fill out a Missing Mail form on their website. Starting October 1st, 2021 the USPS has slowed down mail delivery. Expect your packages to be be in transit longer than usual.
Can I Edit An Order?
Due to our order volume and shipping process we are unable to edit an order once it has been submitted. Orders can be cancelled at our discretion if requested by the customer and as long as the item hasn't shipped. Once cancelled, you can then go back and make any necessary edits and resubmit your order.
What if I accidentally added an incorrect address?
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address or failure on the customer's part to pick up packages that may be held at their local post office, it is the responsibility of the customer to cover the cost to have the order reshipped. Refunds will not be processed. After 3 months all unclaimed/unshipped orders will be forfeited.
Damaged/Incorrect Orders
If your order was damaged in transit or if you received an incorrect item, please send a picture along with your order number to customerservice@chocolateteeapparel.com and we will ship out a replacement item ASAP.
What is your exchange/return policy?
We do not accept exchanges or returns. Orders are final.
